Visionary Vanguard Group, Inc. (VVG) is a research, evaluation, and strategic consulting firm that helps organizations use data with purpose to strengthen programs, improve services, and make sound decisions. We partner with government agencies, health systems, foundations, nonprofits, and other mission-driven organizations to evaluate and strengthen programs that improve outcomes in communities.

Led by Dr. Lauren Josephs, PhD, LMHC, NCC, VVG brings deep expertise in applied research, program evaluation, systems analysis, training, and technical assistance. Dr. Josephs is known for helping organizations examine complex challenges, identify practical opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into strategies that inform action, planning, and policy.
VVG evaluates and strengthens programs across health and community-based initiatives, with particular experience in maternal health, behavioral health, health and human services, and related areas focused on improving outcomes and addressing disparities. Across these areas, we support clients that want more than information alone. They want clarity, direction, and results they can use.
